| Hi, Joshua Rafferty, 1988 Sehome grad is urgently sought. His mother is very ill and has been unable to contact him. I am his biological father, Jim Rafferty and have also been seeking Josh. Josh has resided in Bellingham as recently as February of this year. Josh may still be in the area, on the San Juan Islands or elsewhere.
